We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.
Packages are allowed to be opened
By accepting the package, you agree to our return/exchange terms outlined below.
Customers are not allowed to accept a part of the package. You either accept the whole package or return it.
Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping fees in case you refuse to accept your shipment.
If you’d like to return or exchange an item please fill out the Return and Exchanges form attached. We will not accept requests through any other means.
📦 Return/Exchange Conditions
• Item must be in original packaging.
• Request must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping fees.
💸 Refund Process
• Once the courier picks up your return package, your refund will be provided in cash. Please allow up to 3 business days for the courier to pick up your package after filling out the form attached.
